Colorado Fly Drive Destination
Estes Park
Estes Park at the east entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a very 'touristy' town and is full of shops and restaurants and surrounded by Motels and Hotels.
Having said that its not tacky and is very clean and attractive. However at only an hour or so
from Denver it gets packed in the summer months and it can be hard to find a place to park or
to eat.
This view is the main street in August and you can see how busy it gets.
